How Does the Pool Cleaning Robot Work?

Pool cleaning robots are devices that perform pool cleaning automatically. They usually have special models that can move underwater and use different cleaning methods. The general working principle of pool cleaning robots is as follows:

Power source: Pool cleaning robots are powered by electricity. It is usually connected to a power source (plug or battery).

Movement system: Robots use a special movement system to move within the pool. This motion system is usually equipped with wheels or rollers. Some robots move with water jets or propellers.

Cleaning method: Pool cleaning robots can use different cleaning methods. One or more brushes, usually located on the bottom of the robot, are used to clean the dirt and sticky substances on the pool surface. Some robots can also collect sediment and particles from the pool by sucking or filtering the water.  Sensors: The robots have several sensors that precisely move around the pool and sense the environment. Thanks to these sensors, the robot can move without hitting pool walls, stairs or other obstacles.

Automatic control: Pool cleaning robots usually work automatically. They have several programmable options. Users can set the robot's cleaning time, travel paths or cleaning depth. Some robots are equipped with smart sensors and can detect the size and shape of the pool and determine the most effective cleaning path.

Filtration system: Pool cleaning robots trap the collected dirt and particles in a temporary storage area. This storage device is usually a filter or dust bag. After the cleaning process is completed, the user can clean the accumulated dirt away from the device.
