How much is the delivery fee?

The products you buy from our store are safely delivered to your address by contracted cargo companies with the guarantee of Misa.com.tr. Delivery fee varies depending on the total size and weight of the products. You can track the shipping cost of your order from the 'Transportation Fee' field in your basket. This amount is automatically updated according to the products added to or removed from the cart. Your orders are sent via Sürat Kargo and shipping fee is collected via DS, except for special products. For purchases of 2000 TL or more, the shipping fee is covered by us. We reserve the right to make changes to the campaign conditions. It is not possible to send with another cargo company."

We send your orders to your delivery address with Yurtiçi Kargo. We cannot send products other than the courier company we have contracted with.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days at the latest after payment confirmation and delivered to the delivery address you specified, against identification and signature. The courier company will deliver your order, usually within 3 business days after it is shipped. If you place your orders until 15:00 every day, your order will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on public holidays and weekends are processed on the first business day following the holiday.

Could there be any delay while my product arrives?

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

After the payment confirmation is received, your order is delivered to the delivery address and persons you specify, against identification and signature. Can I receive my product from the cargo branch?

My invoice did not come out of the parcel

If your invoice cannot be found in the parcel, you must first report the situation to the cargo officer and make a report. Then you can request an invoice by contacting customer service. A stamped copy will be sent to you, as is the original of your invoice.

What should I do if my order is missing from the cargo?

In case of missing items in your order, please check your order with the waybill first. If you notice a missing product, make a report to the cargo officer and notify us of the situation. The shipping fee for the missing product belongs to us, and the product will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Return

Before sending your product for return, malfunction or exchange, you must inform our Customer Service department with the Contact Form. Customer Service will guide you about the return process.

When sending the product you want to return, you must put it in a separate box with the original package and all invoices in order to avoid damage to the product. In the shipments made with the original package, the product may be damaged or destroyed, as there may be processes such as affixing the label of the cargo company or the duct tape on it. For this reason, the product must be delivered with all its accessories and invoice. When the product complies with the return conditions, it is controlled by the relevant unit. When deemed necessary, it is sent to the authorized service and tested. When the return is made in accordance with the determined conditions, the return process is started. Your order will be refunded within 2 business days.

If you have made your order with a credit card, the refund amount will be returned to your credit card, if you have made it by money transfer, the refund amount will be returned to your transfer address. You will be notified by your membership e-mail that your return process has been completed.

Please send the product you want to return with a note stating the reason for the return (the form on the back of the invoice) and all copies of the invoice.
