How to Manufacturing a Pool

How is Pool Manufacturing Done?

Determining the Pool Location: Pool Construction
The first step is to determine where the pool will be built. At this stage, factors such as location selection, exposure to sunlight, ground structure, underground installations and local regulations should be taken into consideration.
Drawing the Pool Plan:
The design of the pool should be drawn, including the desired dimensions, shape and features. It should be done by a professional pool designer or engineer.
Making the Pool Foundation:
Excavation is carried out to create the foundation of the pool and then a reinforced concrete foundation is built. The foundation must be reinforced to support the weight of the pool.
Making Pool Walls:
The walls of the pool are usually built using reinforced concrete or prefabricated panels. The walls are shaped according to the design requirements and the depth of the pool.
Making the Pool Floor:
The bottom of the pool is also laid with reinforced concrete or a suitable material. It is important that the base is even and smooth.
Making the Pool Coating:
The inner surface of the pool must be covered. This coating can usually be ceramic, mosaic, PVC liner or fiberglass coating. The coating provides water tightness.
Installation of Pool Equipment:
Equipment required for the operation of the pool, filtration systems, pump, skimmer, pool lights, etc. is mounted.
Filling the Pool with Water :
The inside of the pool is filled with water. Water quality and chemistry should be checked regularly.
Pool Manufacturing

Pool Materials:

Reinforced Concrete Pool: Reinforced concrete pools are built from concrete and steel and offer flexibility in terms of design. However, construction time may be longer and more costly.
Prefabricated Pool: Prefabricated pools are pools using panels pre-produced in the factory. They are faster to install, but design options may be limited.
Fiberglass Pool: Fiberglass pools are prefabricated pools that are durable and easy to maintain. They have the advantage of fast installation.
PVC Pool: Pools lined with PVC liner are cost-effective options and provide easy maintenance.

Pool Cost:

The cost of the pool depends on many factors:
By Pool Type: Reinforced concrete pools are generally more expensive, while prefabricated and PVC pools are more cost-effective.
Depending on Pool Size: Larger pools may be more expensive as they require more materials and labor.
According to Pool Materials: The covering material, equipment and accessories used affect the cost.
By Pool Equipment: Quality filtration systems, pool cleaning equipment and other accessories can increase the cost.
